Hey guys. The Thing is creeping back. It hasn't hit entirely but I can feel it - feel that my moods are slipping, my emotions are all over the place, I can't sleep even when I'm dog tired, my heart pains, my wrists are going again - even my mum thinks I look ill. And I do. Even I can see it.

So I may not be on as much as I have been recently. I need a little break.

However I say I need and am taking a break from this but it won't be long, knowing me. The net calls me back constantly.

My heart hurts again.

I feel rotten again.

Bastard.
