*grins* Thanks man...But it's more not caring anymore...Running around doing random shifts - not having a real life and getting wound up about things that are out of my control...y'know?

I jsut seem to recall something about managment possibilities. And I think that would be great. Gives you the flexibility you deserve ;)

I recall that too....And it made me realise that...I don't think I want that. I want a life and to have fun and not to be constantly thinking about work and when I'm next in and if my uniform is clean or how I'm getting home...

There is no flexibility with that job. We are severely short-staffed especially since 4 of our Shift Managers have left so we have about 4 people who close and open the store. And I don't want that.
