I have just spent a hour and a half out in the patchy sunshine writing the second pairing for [livejournal.com profile] kabeyk's ficlet. Gods help me, I like the Peter I wrote. And I have come to the conclusion that Sirius is a rambler. A very long rambler who takes fucking AGES to get to the point. He also the pride of place of being the first character I've ever written for who makes very sexually-explicit. He also sort of broke my heart. And he's going to break it more - I know this.

I wonder if I'll get everything done?

I'm having such problems writing kissing. Does anyone have any recs they could spam me with? First kisses - any fandom. I'm drawing a blank. *le sigh*

I do, however, like where [livejournal.com profile] kabeyk's fic is going. It's written unlike anything I've ever done in that there is a separation - but I'm going on.

Hey, where is everybody?

[Edit] I was just talking to dad about this song and dancing to it with very '60's liquid arms as he played it and he turned and laughed, "it's like the past 40 years haven't happened."
Me: I know - I do listen to a whole ton of stuff you listened to when you were young.
Dad: No - you look just like my sister did as we were growing up.
I was really pleased. OK Aunty did once put my uncle's head through the glass of the front door but generally she seems to be pretty cool.

Ooooh! Liquid arm dance! Squee!
We must do that together. I certainly lurves me a good liquid arm dance.
I'm here, pondering, since this is the first time I've ever really written a fanficlet of any form, believe it or not. Or writing anything with actual Canon HP characters.

Kissing. I can say a whooole lot about that one.
Caresses, lips slide across eachother as they meet in a moment of slick passion. Mention the soft sounds that it makes, the warmth, the taste of the person especially. Tongue is a tricky part.

Let's try a sample kiss.

Passion melts across his mouth as he tastes those lips. Stroking them one way, then the other, wrapping his own around them, sliding free only to be pressed up against them once more. His mouth is smokey and warm, a tinge of blood is there too, but neither of them care.

Liquid arm dance is indeed squee!
We shall do it - it shall be the greatest ever!
If it helps any I believe you can write the ficlet (I am also honoured to be the first). The difference with the Canon HP characters as opposed to personal characters is keeping their pasts straight and just feeling what they think about or say.

Those tips were so insanely helpful I can't even describe to you.

I'm so glad the tips were helpful.
You certainly learnt well, because the intimacy in your ficlets left me feeling rather.. excited.

It really is the pasts that I'm having trouble with. I can emulate the feelings alright, I just need to re-read the whole series to get the pasts in some kind of order. Maybe I should take notes for each character along the way.

And I know a great many dances. We could have a day of dancing. A day of delight. A day of duality, a day of deliberation, a day of dreams, a day of delicacy, a day of .. I've lost the train of thought for this D-word alliteration ._.
Oh well

Many well written kisses and hugs to ya ^^

Much helpful. *grins and blushes* That was my intention.

Do you need help? Because I have things pretty straight in my head. OH! Or read Shoebox, I find things click after reading it.

A day of delight and destiny and dreams and ...em...drawing! I have no more at 2:30am.

Much well written hugs and kisses back to ya!

*beams* I am happified.

Gotcha. Shall read Shoebox.

Mornings of earliness make for brains of meltyness, and word demodulation.
Thus the modular structure of a sentance becomes so much emotional mush in the cup of the mind.

Adore.
