Well I've had my Sunday dinner THEREFORE! I am much contented.

But that wasn't what I wanted to tell you all....What was it?

Oh yes! A declaration!

I am decreeing August 10th as my HP fandom birthday. I shall be one year into the fandom and considering it's how I know most of you crazy lot, I decree a party must be had! Except it's a party with a difference. I won't turn down presents (^_~) BUT =I= am going to give =YOU= presents. Most likely of the written nature as I have no scanner; I am tragic.

So! Request a birthday present! Want a crack!fic about Dumbledore/Fawkes? I'll write it! Want a drunken Marauders story involving McGonagall's underwear? You got it! Want a Regulus/Sirius/James/Remus smut!fic? Well, check if wildestranger and kabeyk have written their's yet. If not, I'm on the case!

And I'm not just going to write HP stuff - I will take other fandoms! Or even personal characters. Just give me some specs and I'll be off on my merry way!

My request is a bit different I guess. It does involve HP. But also, I am quite teh curiousity about how you would write for Locke. So let's make Locke, as per a canon similar to her ZQL one in personality, but on a different timeline. Who else should be in it... I wonder...

You can take a simple premise for her ending up in Hogwarts, she falls through rifts a lot, it would be like an uncontrolled tear, not magical in nature, opening somewhere conspicuous in HWSWW and Locke falling out of it in some embaressing or funny state of dress/position/whatever you can think of.

But the twist. Well. The drunken Marauders idea sounds just fine to me. But twist it with Locke, getting them all smoked up on her 'magical herbs'. This can lead to whatever you like, but prefferably, let it include sneaking into some teacher's room and enchanting their underwear with a voice-activated vibration charm..
Back that charm up with some kind of glueing enchantment to keep it stuck on them for awhile... When the teacher starts talking the next day.... *bzzzzzzzzz*

And I will be utterly squee forever if you include some intimate interaction involving Sirius and Locke and Remus, all together preferrably, she wouldn't mind both of them at once. Your discretion as to how much detail you want. I think your sensibilities for such are fine, just know that you can be as intense as you like without squicking me.

I'll write for you too, just name a premise, complex as you like. And I'll write up a synopsis of Locke for you to work with..

I'm now curious about how I'd write for Locke too! I'll do my best to make her cool and like her ZQL-canon self.

My sensibilities go out the window with my birthday ^_~ Just kidding. Locke'll be safe with me. I've got a whole 6 mini-pages of ideas already, MOO HA HA HA.

YAY! I can't wait to see what you come up with. What to suggest...argh. I'm gonna stick to my OTP!Guns and go with Remus/Sirius (but if you get mentions of any other pairings - esp Black!cest or Remus/James, Sirius/James you get extra fantastic bonus points!). I'm not sure...Something metaphysical would be awesome. But if in doubt - go straight for the action ^_^ And it can be as innocent (or not) as you want.

August 10th is five days ahead of my real birthday, but I always forget..

Locke is a playful character, when freed of the bounds of her darker side, the fouled relationship between her and Wyld (a being of chaos that dwells poisoned within her), and it would be easiest for the fic not to touch that much on Locke's darker side.

One thing that should be noted is that she has little timidity, and little respect for established ettiquettes. She also feeds regularly on people's energies. This can be through dark methods such as death, torture, and other such... OR, it can be through other methods. She can consume body fluids, (not just blood, your imagination can flow as much as you like here) and the raw energy of someone's emotions feed her too... Sort of like a dementor, except she doesn't focus on terror. She focuses on pleasure responses, both carnal and emotional. She evokes a state of extreme bliss in people, and with the energy released in their physical and emotional climax, she feeds herself.

She is physically diminuitive, standing at one hundred fourty-two centimetres, barely four feet and six inches, so, even though her age would be measured in the thousands, she would be the size of a first or second year. However, looking at her features, she looks as if she is barely pushing thirty.
Uh, anyway..

She's got long dreadlocks, that are at this point crimson like drying blood. Her eyes change colours, swirling in reaction to her mood, generally making galaxy shaped patterns in them.. Her ears are about 35 cm. Yes, I'm serious about that, they're long. She's sure to be mocked by some of the students for it. I expect it. She has a tendancy for public displays of affection, and blunt honesty. She has a distaste for authority, institutions, and establishments in general.

She is cat-like in her movements, and when she hunts, she is rather feline about how she does it. She likes spicy foods, can roll a blunt in about thirty seconds, would probably get the marauders all their booze by sneaking and stealing, and due to her body's ability to processs alcohol extremely fast, probably drink them all under the table. Nevertheless, she would be alert enough to use their drunkenness to her amusement. Never maliciously, or without diving into their minds to verify that they actually were inclined that way.

Which brings me to her psionic abilities. She hears people's loud thoughts, and can dive into the memories of them. She can also direct energy flows, causing stimulation in certain parts of the brain.. This can do... A lot. I don't use it a whole lot.
With regard to directing energy flows, she will cause an effect whereby her emotions and sensations will transfer into the person or people she is touching. She can even cause the energy to bridge the gap between people, but without flesh contact, it is inefficient.

I'm starting to fall asleep, but if I find that I forgot anything... I'll let you know.
