I am sick. As in I have hardly any voice - does some higher power know when I decide to make an LJ voice post to take my voice? I sound like an 11 year old pre-pubescent male. Argh >( And it came out of nowhere - Wednesday night I came home from work, climbed into bed, watched Supernatural and went to sleep.

I wake up on Thursday morning and I have no voice, a temperature, can barely stand, constantly dizzy, stomach cramps, a bark of a cough, a blocked nose and sore eyes. WHAT WHERE DID THAT COME FROM?!?!

Didn't stop me from working until 3:10am on Thursday and til 9pm on Friday and from 7am to 12 yesterday. What a dick.

I am going back to bed.

Amusingly, what's making me the happiest is right in your list! XD I've been so busy with work and working on getting promoted lately, the only relief I've had has come from my partner. :) He surprised me this week! After work Wednesday, he came to my place to go out on a date on the beach with me. :D We walked along the ocean, I chased seagulls and poked dead jellyfish with a fork, then sat on the sand at sunset watching the stars come out. Then we drove up and down the strip looking at interesting beach house architechture, drove back home, had a late dinner (and dessert and "dessert"), and cuddled to sleep.

Then he teased me about spiders walking into my floor fan and getting chopped up and bits of spider landing on me while I sleep, and I threatened him with bodily harm. XD Then there was more cuddling. And sleeping.

He may well be the Korean antichrist. He seems to forget that I know he's afraid of spiders to~o....XD
