Not a lot to say today. I felt shit, the closest to being depressed for a long time. And I know it's because of all the recent deaths. Plus I'm hormonal, and Booker woke us up at 5am, being a brat.

So I took the afternoon off work, because I wasn't in the right frame of mind being there.

Slept, Dave made dinner of veg soup and garlic bread.

Watched some TV. "Broadchurch" returned really strong, looking forward to following that. "Sleepy Hollow" was disappointing, much like most of the last series. I may have to drop it, which is sad when the first series was so excellent.

Cleaned up, sorted some cupboards and took down the Christmas decorations. Not a lot more to say.

So I should watch Broadchurch, is what I'm hearing. And definitely not Gracepoin t. Watch Agent Carter when you can! Vintage spy ladies kicking ,much ass.

(Fingers are frozen because I've been out looking at Comet Lovejoy, it's below freezing, and my good glo ves are missing because it never gets below freezing around here. I gave up on fixing anyt typos until I'vr had a huge hot cup of cocoa and I can move my finger sdnormally again. Thought the typos might be a lteast a little bit amusing,. SO COLD RIGHT NOW XD)

I feel absolutely certain that you should watch "Broadchurch". We never watched "Gracepoint", but I heard they changed who the killer was, so meh. I wasn't particularly interested.

I am totally going to be all over "Agent Carter"! But I still have the last two episodes of "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D" to watch, and I am going to get those under my belt before I fall in love with Peggy ♥

I'll have to look our for Broadchurch, then! Something to watch in my spare time now that I'm caught up on Downton (which I kinda watch for the pretentious trainwreckiness, haha).

I finally watched all of the Carter premiere. So gooood. I am not one for shipping characters just because they have scenes together, but badass Carter and her fussy sidekick are so adorable together, I can't help it. XD She kicks much backside too! I like how the series addresses 1940s sexism, but it also makes it a bit hard to watch at times because in order to address it, they have to show it happening. As long as she tells the boys where to shove it, I'm fine, though. XD

Warming up is only a temporary state, with temperatures fluctuating as they are! And we are going to go comet-gazing again this weekend. My fingers may never function normally again.

I have never watched any of Downton! Shocking, I know! I really enjoyed the first series of "Broadchurch" and not just because I think David Tennant is a fantastic actor. We're only two episodes into the second series so far, so I am reserving judgement.

UGH I HAVE HEARD SO MANY GOOD THINGS ABOUT IT. And now you too, tempting me like the cruel temptress you are! Shocking! However, I am having a long weekend, so all being well I will be caught up by Monday evening at the latest!!

Oooooooh that sounds fun! Cold, but fun! I feel for your poor fingers! ♥

I watch Downton, and I even enjoy it, but I will never accuse it of being well-written, haha. I mostly watch it for fluff not-thinky TV purposes. And because it gives me an excuse to break out the lemon scones and tea. Maybe Broadchurch can be my thinky TV show.

I'll continue tempting you until you give in and catch up!
