Sat, 12:11: So....my scales are not the most reliable. But when I put them on a properly flat surface I am a stone heavier than I thought. Fuck.
Sat, 12:11: I know that I should break against the associated body-shaming that comes with weighing yourself but fuck. This is the heaviest I've been.
Sat, 12:12: And I know that it's about the way you carry yourself & all that but seeing those numbers and working out my BMI makes me want to cry a bit
